首发版本不要求注册账号。你的登记、任务、经验、成长与未来回信默认只保存在当前设备上。

1. 本机保存的信息

为了提供个性化体验，应用会在设备本地保存你主动填写或产生的内容，包括昵称、性别、年龄段、工作年限、行业、岗位、工资区间、准确月薪与币种、压力来源、经历过的职场问题，以及任务、完成记录、经验卡、复盘、成长经验值、能量选择、未来回信、主题和语言偏好。

这些内容用于在应用内计算修炼天数、工资进度、成长状态、认知练习建议和未来回信。首发版本不会将这些个人内容上传至我们的服务器，也不会发送给 AI 服务。

2. 我们不收集的内容

首发版本没有账号系统、云同步、广告、分析 SDK 或跨应用追踪。一次性 Pro 购买由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理；我们不接收或保存你的银行卡等付款资料。我们不出售个人信息，也不使用你的内容建立广告画像。

3. 短信功能

“救救我”功能仅在你主动点击时打开手机系统的短信编辑界面，并预填一段求助文字。应用不会读取通讯录、短信内容或通话记录，也不会在后台自动发送消息。是否选择联系人和发送短信完全由你决定。

4. 网站访问记录

本隐私网站由 GitHub Pages 托管。访问时，GitHub 可能按照其服务运行需要处理标准网络日志，例如 IP 地址、浏览器信息和访问时间。我们没有在本网站加入分析脚本、广告或追踪 Cookie。

5. 删除与控制

你可以在应用的“我的 → 应用设置 → 清除本机数据”中删除登记、任务、经验、成长和回信记录；界面语言会保留。卸载应用也会删除由操作系统管理的本地应用数据。已删除的本机记录无法恢复。

6. 儿童与安全

本应用面向一般成年人使用，不以儿童为目标。应用提供情绪缓冲和认知练习，不是紧急救援服务；如你或他人面临即时危险，请联系当地紧急服务或可信任的人。

7. 政策变更与联系

如果未来加入账号、云服务、AI、分析、广告或付费功能，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策及商店隐私声明。隐私问题请联系 chaoge.design@gmail.com。

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 11, 2026

The initial release does not require an account. Your profile, tasks, insights, progress, and future letters stay on your current device by default.

1. Information stored on your device

To personalize the experience, the app stores information you enter or create locally, including your nickname, gender, age range, years of work experience, industry, role, salary range, exact monthly salary and currency, sources of pressure, workplace experiences, tasks, completion history, insight cards, reflections, progress points, energy choices, future letters, theme, and language preference.

This information powers practice-day counts, salary-progress estimates, growth status, clarity-practice suggestions, and future letters. In the initial release, this personal content is not uploaded to our servers or sent to an AI service.

2. What we do not collect

The initial release has no account system, cloud sync, advertising, analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking. A one-time Pro purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive or store payment-card details. We do not sell personal information or use your content for advertising profiles.

3. Text-message feature

The “Help me step away” feature opens your phone’s system message composer only after you tap it and prefills a help message. The app does not read contacts, messages, or call history, and it does not send messages automatically in the background. You choose the recipient and whether to send.

4. Website access logs

This policy site is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard network logs, such as IP address, browser information, and access time, to operate the service. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising, or tracking cookies to this site.

5. Deletion and control

You can delete your profile, tasks, insights, progress, and letters under Me → App Settings → Clear local data. Your interface language remains selected. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data managed by the operating system. Deleted local records cannot be recovered.

6. Children and safety

The app is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. It offers reflection and emotional relief, not emergency response. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person.

7. Changes and contact
