牛马诀通过情绪缓冲、认知练习、经验记录、成长反馈和未来回信，帮助用户整理工作与日常压力。使用本应用即表示你理解并同意本条款。

2. 产品边界

本应用不提供医疗诊断、心理治疗、法律意见、财务建议或紧急救援。认知练习根据有限的本地场景和你的选择给出娱乐与反思参考，不是对他人动机或现实事实的权威判断。

长期趋势和未来回信用于帮助你看见可能的方向与下一步，不是算命，不保证特定结果，也不能代替你结合现实情况做决定。涉及健康、安全、法律或财务后果时，请咨询有资质的专业人士。

3. 安全与紧急情况

系统短信编辑器中的求助文字必须由你主动选择联系人并发送，应用不会自动联系任何人。如存在即时危险、自伤风险或紧急医疗情况，请立即联系当地紧急服务或身边可信任的人。

4. 本地数据与设备责任

首发版本的数据主要保存在你的设备上。请妥善保管设备。清除本机数据或卸载后，记录可能无法恢复。具体处理方式见隐私政策。

5. 账号、付费与可用性

首发版本不提供账号或订阅。部分核心体验可免费使用；“牛马诀 Pro”通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 以一次性应用内购买永久解锁当前离线版中的完整场景库、多次未来回信和更深入的复盘工具。购买由相应应用商店处理，可按商店规则恢复购买、申请退款或管理。未来如推出需要持续云端成本的 AI+ 服务，将作为独立产品另行说明，不包含在本次永久解锁中。我们会尽力保持应用稳定，但不能保证服务永不中断、所有建议适用于每个人，或设备故障时数据不会丢失。

6. 合理使用

你不得利用本应用侵犯他人权益、进行违法活动、干扰应用运行或未经许可复制、反向工程和分发应用内容。

7. 更新与联系

功能或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本条款，并在本页面标明生效日期。问题请联系 chaoge.design@gmail.com。

Terms of Service

1. The service

Elavere uses emotional relief, clarity practices, experience notes, progress feedback, and future letters to help people reflect on work and everyday pressure. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Product boundaries

The app does not provide medical diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency response. Clarity practices draw on a limited local scenario library and your choices for reflection and entertainment. They are not authoritative judgments about another person’s motives or real-world facts.

Long-term trends and future letters help you explore possible directions and a next step. They are not fortune-telling, do not guarantee an outcome, and cannot replace decisions grounded in your real circumstances. Consult a qualified professional when health, safety, legal, or financial consequences are involved.

3. Safety and emergencies

Any prefilled help message in the system composer must be addressed and sent by you. The app does not contact anyone automatically. If there is immediate danger, risk of self-harm, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately.

4. Local data and device responsibility

Initial-release data is mainly stored on your device. Keep your device secure. Records may not be recoverable after clearing local data or uninstalling. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Accounts, payments, and availability

The initial release does not offer accounts or subscriptions. Some core experiences are free. A one-time Elavere Pro in-app purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play permanently unlocks the full scenario library, repeat future letters, and deeper review tools in the current offline edition. Purchases, restoration, and refund requests are handled under the applicable store’s rules. If a future AI+ service creates ongoing cloud costs, it will be offered and explained separately and is not included in this permanent unlock. We work to keep the app reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every suggestion fits every person, or that device failures will never cause data loss.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to violate another person’s rights, break the law, disrupt operation, or copy, reverse engineer, or distribute app content without permission.

7. Updates and contact
